The Trespassers in 'Renegade Homecoming'
Nearly two decades ago, Dr. Emmett Roberts (Karl Sawyer), a scientist, stumbled upon a formula for a revolutionary energy. Unfortunately, before the energy could be tested, Dr. Roberts was betrayed by his former lab assistant, John Tasker (Jason Stewart) whom was now working for the evil Lord Holec, their unseen diabolical leader.
Fortunately, with the help of his loyal assistant Kurtz (Shane Michaels of The Trespassers and Return To Quick Hill) and two hired protectors, an attack from Tasker and his Renegades was thwarted. A number of years later, Dr. Roberts died under mysterious circumstances.
Recently, the work of Dr. Roberts was re-awoken with the discovery of an old videotape where the doctor described a new project known only as the ‘MC5 Project’. He didn’t elaborate, but this project had something to do with holographic transportation.
To uncover the secrets of this final project of the late doctor one would have to look into the past. Those once close to him would be the only ones who could uncover the MC5 project. Unfortunately, Lord Holec, whose underground empire had remained dormant for years has reappeared, this time pulling the figurative strings of the highest government leader, Governor Perkins (acclaimed synth-pop musician Gary Flanagan). Now it was those who were once close to the late doctor who are in danger, especially Roberts’ only son, Emmett JR (Chris Drysdale). Emmett, or ‘Doc’ as his friends call him was now dedicated in restoring his father’s name and getting revenge on those responsible for his death.
This is the ultimate chapter in the cult adventure series which first began with The Trespassers (1991). Renegade Homecoming directly follows past events with present situations, proving that time never forgets. Classic characters like Storm (played by musician Jimmy Hat from the band Prologic), Tasker, Kurtz and Dr. Roberts are joined by new names such as Angus (C. Stewart Brown), Doc Roberts and Governor Perkins in this original epic story from director, Jason Robert Stewart (HorrorFan, The Short Story)!
This DVD has the feature, a movie trailer (for The Trespassers), and amazing bonus features which include deleted scenes, bloopers and more!
